Need help on identifying ring?

From what I can see, it says 14K and 925, so it's sterling silver and gold. It looks like only the top and bottom ring are gold and the middle part is sterling silver. I wouldn't be too sure that the stones are diamonds. Without testing, no-one can say that for sure. It's a nice ring and cost probably around the $300-400 brand new (depending on the quality of the stones). Second hand, I would expect you to get around $150 (more if they are diamonds, but they are still small stones nonetheless).
