Help on breed of cat?

I have an 8 week old kitten named MoonPaw. He is a short hair tortoise shell, with mainly dark gray fur. He has 6 lighter gray striped going from his head down his tail. He also has ginger color mixed in on his back. He has white markings on his jaw, chest, and tummy :D He is generally quiet, though every 5 hours or so, he'll meow for EVER until I brush him to sleep. He has very long whiskers and large paws. His mom is short hair calico, but I don't know her breed. MoonPaw sort of seems like a Russian Blue/Bengal mix. Since my neighbors have about 4 male Bengals, it seems like a possibility. Any suggestions on what breed you think he is?
