My quad just makes a rapid clicking noise when I try to start it, any idea why?

It was working fine, had it out for a ride, but then I turn it off. Next time (about 5 min later) when I tried to start it up, just got a clicking noise. I was able to locate the noise, was coming from 2 red wires joined by a fuse. There was a second fuse above that fuse that when you closed the plastic case they were in, looks like they touched together. I thot the second fuse might be a spare so I swapped them, same sound. If you take the fuse out that is not directly touching the wires, get same sound. There is no sound if you take them both out. Also, is there a way to tell what fuse I need if that is the problem, there are no markings on these fuses that I can see.
