What kind of spider is this?

I live in western Washington State and I found this spider in my kitchen and we cant seem to identify it. It's black kind of on the small side, has four dots on its back and looks like there's markings on its belly too. Four legs in the front are long and the legs in the back are short stopping at where the abdomen ends. The abdomen is roundish. Can anyone help?
