I have a model 1892 single shot, lever action rifle and cannot make out any markings on the receiver.?

it has an octogon barrel but has been wore so much it is now almost round. and yes when lever is pulled it beaks down into sigle shot. i belive it is made for 45 long black powder but shoot .410 perfect please help me identify this gun.
