Could this be an STD?

I have really sore, painful bumps in the back right of my mouth. They are below the gums in the bottom part mostly, with one under my tongue and another on the gum right below my back teeth. I can feel the pain from them on the outside of my jaw as well, even though there are no markings on my skin. If I touch the underside of my jaw in that region, it's very sore. Could this be an STD?
