Cockatiel mutation??? help?

hi i bought a cockatiel which is 100% male, someone said to me that he is pearl male, now my question is that he is molting feathers his tail complete dark grey but on the tail one longest feather is silver grey and on this feather very very very light white barring, and under side wing all primary and secondary feathers are grey but on the major coverts there are still pearl markings and on his face except bright cheek patch some very light and very small orange patches on below the beak on the head. now plz tell me is it pearl male cockatiel or some other???? he makes too noise and too much whistling also stand as heart shape wing, and his tail is very very long thx plz must reply thx again
